No wind? Check out the stand up paddle surfboards (SUPs) that Air Padre Kiteboarding has to offer. Rent SUPs for $20/hour, $45/half-day or $80/day you can cruise the Laguna Madre Bay from right behind the shop. No need to have to carry these monster surfboards very far, since the shop is located a stone's throw from the boat channels that lead into the bay. Check out our beach front watersports rentals if you want to SUP in the Gulf of Mexico.
The best place to stand up paddle board is right behind the shop. A short carry to the water's edge is as much work as you will do all day. We can give you a few pointers on body position, balance and other helpful skills before you shove off. We also offer SUP Lessons if this is your first time attempting to SUP. The Laguna Madre Bay is a great place to see by SUP. The waters are calm, shallow and warm to ensure confidence. Balancing on the SUPs can be done with the most ease on calm waters, which makes the bay ideal. If you are looking for a little more adventure, then small waves in the Gulf of Mexico can be a fun time. In addition to renting SUPs, we offer surfboard rentals and kayak rentals.
