Air Padre Kiteboarding Camps are the are the best way to learn how to kiteboard in the world. Every spring and fall, when the wind is great and the temperatures are warm, we offer beginner kiteboarding camps ($999), intermediate kiteboarding camps ($1099), and advanced kiteboarding camps ($1099). The combination of IKO and PASA certified professional instructors, top of the line teaching tools (including the newest beginner specific kites and boards), Headzone radio helmets for every student, and our fleet of chase boats (on site every day) ensure a productive learning environment. Kiteboarding camps include 12 hours of instruction spread over 3 days in the perfect learning conditions of South Padre Island, Texas.

More kite time, less money, professional certified instruction, safe equipment, and Air Padre discount advantages. 12 hrs of instruction at regular group rate costs over $1400. For a beginner kite boarding camp, the rate is $999, and you are saving over $400 dollars in lessons. Intermediate kite boarding camps cost $1099, which is over $300 worth of savings. The Air Padre Kiteboarding camp is the best way to learn kiteboarding skills in a short period of time. No matter if you are a beginner or advanced rider, after the APK kiteboarding camp lesson program, you will be a safe, self-confident, and competent kite boarder. All camps have no more than two (2) students to every instructor, and kite time is shared evenly between the 2 students throughout the 12 hour camp.
We require a full deposit towards the kiteboarding camps to reserve the date and time. If camp is canceled by Air Padre Kiteboarding because of weather, no wind or other reasons, and not successfully rescheduled, we will refund your deposit. If you can't make your scheduled camp date, please inform us one week in advance and we will be happy to offer a rain check or apply the deposit towards store credit.
If only one person is signed up for a camp, that person will get nine (9) total hours of private lessons instead of the normal twelve (12) hours of group lessons.
